Full refund upon return of product: The customer must return the product to us in its original condition within 60 days to receive a full refund receive. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Partial refund without returning the product: Customers who choose not to return the product can request a 50% refund and keep the product. For this option please contact us within 60 days of purchase.

No refund for incorrect size: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the product is ordered in the incorrect size. We recommend our customers to check our size chart carefully before placing an order.

Please note our unclaimed package policy: If a package is not collected and returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that correct delivery details are provided and that the package is collected on time.
